Our Return & Exchange Guidelines:
- We gladly accept returns or exchanges if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
- Requests must be made within 7 days from the date of order delivery.
- The product must have at least 90% of its content remaining in the bottle.
- All return and exchange requests will be processed within 3-5 working days.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable for return or exchange orders.
- Customers will be responsible for paying delivery charges for exchanged items.
- Tester Box (Sample Box) is non-refundable, as it is designed for testing fragrances.
- Orders valued at Rs.10,000 or above are non-refundable but can be exchanged.
- In case of damage, leakage, or receiving the wrong product, we will cover the delivery charges for replacement.
